By choosing Mr. Scoops, you are partnering with a local business dedicated to excellence across the entire Downriver community. Specifically, our service includes the thorough removal of pet waste from your designated yard area on a scheduled basis. Furthermore, to ensure the safety of our professional technicians, we kindly ask that all aggressive pets remain indoors during your scheduled service time. As a result, providing clear access to your yard via unlocked gates allows us to maintain the high standards our neighbors throughout Michigan expect.
Billing & Vacation Policy
To maintain our high standards of cleanliness, Mr. Scoops bills for the total amount of waste generated. Specifically, since dogs continue to use the yard regardless of a technician’s visit, we do not offer refunds or skipped payments for single-week cancellations. Furthermore, if a service visit is missed at the customer’s request, the standard weekly rate still applies because our team will be required to handle a double-load of waste during the following visit. As a result, to avoid being charged for a scheduled skip, you must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for vacation purposes. Ultimately, this policy allows us to keep our Downriver routes efficient while ensuring your yard receives the thorough cleaning it deserves.
