Mr. Scoops – Terms of Service
Welcome to Mr. Scoops. By accessing our website and utilizing our pet waste removal services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Mr. Scoops provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Services are performed on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanups) as agreed upon at the time of signup.
2. Yard Access & Safety
Gate Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that gates are unlocked and accessible on the scheduled service day. If our team cannot access your yard due to a locked gate, a service charge for the visit will still apply.
Pet Safety: For the safety of our technicians, aggressive or loose dogs must be kept indoors during the scheduled service time. If a dog shows aggression and we cannot safely enter the yard, service will be skipped, and the standard fee will apply.
3. Weather & Holidays
We operate in most weather conditions, including rain and snow. However, in the event of severe, unsafe weather (such as lightning, extreme blizzards, or severe storms), service may be postponed to your next scheduled visit or a makeup day. Mr. Scoops observes standard national holidays. If your service day falls on a holiday, we will notify you of any schedule adjustments.
4. Billing & Payments
Automatic Payments: If you have a credit card on file, we will automatically charge it to collect any amount due for your invoices, unless you currently have prepaid credit which will first be applied.
Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Late or non-payments may result in a temporary suspension of scooping services until the balance is resolved.
5. Cancellation & Changes
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription service at any time by giving us a 24-hour notice before your next scheduled service day.
